Made-to-Order Policy
All pieces from JEMS. are custom-made and crafted with precision, ensuring uniqueness and exclusivity. As a result, we do not accept returns or refunds, except under specific circumstances outlined below.
No Refunds Policy
Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Exception: Sizing Issues
If you receive a piece that does not fit due to a sizing error, we offer the following solutions:
- Repairs & Adjustments: We will work with you to adjust the garment to achieve the perfect fit.
- Partial Refund (Last Resort): If a repair is not possible, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
To request a sizing correction, please email orders@jemsbyjemimaonuwe.co.uk within a week of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Processing & Shipping
- Each piece is handcrafted and requires 2-4 weeks for production before shipping.
- Changes to orders should be made within 48 hours of checking out item . After this no changes can be made to your order.
- Once shipped, tracking details will be provided. JEMS is not responsible for delays caused by couriers.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in quality craftsmanship. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will assess the issue.
